Each week, psychotherapist-turned-comedian Ely Kreimendahl exploits her therapy skills to talk all-things-shame with a new special guest. Every guest shares a core story of something that once made them spiral HARD, answers both silly and emotionally complicated questions, and even if these conversations are ACCIDENTALLY therapeutic, it's not therapy.... This week I spiraled out with brilliant and criminally funny comedian & writer Anna Drezen (SNL, Girls5eva, Praise Petey.) We compared the "niceness" of our Moms, bonded over how uncomfortable it is to feel cared for, and wondered which is more vulnerable: inconveniencing an entire train full of strangers, or somebody you have a crush on. Plus, Anna shares a shame story about planning a baby shower for her friend and feeling like she shit the...bassinet, if you will.
